As an Area Manager youll oversee multiple sites driving performance supporting Site Managers and ensuring consistent service excellence. Youll play a key leadership role in delivering on contractual commitments operational efficiencies and client satisfaction.
About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance across a portfolio of sites providing leadership coaching and support to Site Managers to ensure business objectives are consistently achieved.
You will build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring contractual obligations are met while driving continuous improvement innovation and cost efficiencies across operations.
The role also involves managing operational budgets including labour food and consumable costs while ensuring the highest standards of safety compliance and food safety are upheld across all locations. Through strong leadership you will foster a culture of excellence diversity and engagement within your teams.
About You
Youre an experienced multi-site leader with a background in facilities management hospitality or large-scale operations. You thrive on building strong relationships solving challenges and motivating teams to deliver results.
- A business or hospitality qualification (preferred)
- Minimum 6 years management experience in a similar environment
- Proven commercial acumen with P&L management experience
- Strong people leadership and client relationship management skills
- Excellent understanding of safety compliance and workplace legislation
- Proficiency with IT systems and reporting tools
