Apprentice Carpenter

A fantastic opportunity is available for a motivated individual to commence a Carpentry Apprenticeship with a small experienced carpentry team based in Dawesville.

This hands on role offers the chance to learn all aspects of the carpentry trade while working alongside skilled professionals on a variety of projects. The successful candidate will gain valuable industry experience and develop the practical skills required to build a successful career in carpentry.

This established carpentry business specialises in all aspects of carpentry and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship across a range of projects. As part of a close knit team apprentices receive practical training mentoring and support throughout their apprenticeship journey.

As an Apprentice Carpenter you will learn and assist with a wide range of tasks including:

• Site preparation and general labouring duties
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Moving and handling timber and building materials
• Assisting qualified carpenters with day to day tasks
• Learning carpentry techniques and trade skills
• Progressively taking on more advanced responsibilities as skills develop
