ANZ Field Enablement Lead, APJ Field Enablement Team
Job Summary
Key job responsibilities
-Translate business priorities and customer requirements into a cohesive sales productivity and readiness plan; own execution end-to-end
-Conduct ongoing needs assessments across the enterprise sales force to identify readiness gaps and prioritize high-impact enablement initiatives
-Design develop and lead cross-functional enablement programs in partnership with Sales Leadership Product Marketing and Global Enablement teams
-Define and implement success metrics that measure program adoption seller behavior change and business impact (e.g. ramp time pipeline contribution win rates)
-Leverage tools and technology to drive scalability ease of adoption and a modern learning experience
-Gather continuous feedback from the field to identify productivity barriers; invent and simplify solutions that remove friction for sellers
A day in the life
AWS customer-facing teams are the trusted advisors to our customers. As the Field Enablement Lead you bring a customer-centric strategic lens to everything you do partnering closely with the Regional Sales Leaders and Country Managers to ensure our sellers are equipped to win.
Youll balance strategic planning with hands-on execution one moment youre presenting a readiness roadmap to senior leadership the next youre building a quick-reference guide that helps a seller close a deal this week. You thrive in ambiguity move fast and obsess over whether your programs change seller behavior (not just checkbox completion).
About the team
The APJ Field Enablement team consists of Central Leads and Field Enablement Leads a Sales Trainer and a Program Coordinator all dedicated to making our enterprise sellers more effective. We sit at the intersection of Sales Solution Architect and APJ & WW Field Enablement team etc. giving you broad visibility across the business.
When you join youll be supported with a structured 3-month onboarding program paired with a dedicated mentor to accelerate your ramp. Youll quickly build relationships with Sales Leaders and across APJ and collaborate with global enablement peers worldwide.
As part of both the APJ and Worldwide Enablement community the team operates across time zones cultures and business contexts which means no two weeks look the same. If you thrive in fast-moving environments enjoy building programs from scratch and want to directly influence how hundreds of sellers show up for customers this is the team for you.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 5 years of relationship management and negotiation experience
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
- Experience in sales
- Experience with sales enablement platforms
