About the Role

Join the leadership team at Wimmera Nursing Home (Horsham) and play a key role in delivering exceptional person-centred aged care. Working alongside the Nurse Unit Manager youll provide clinical leadership coordinate daily operations and support a positive team culture while ensuring residents receive safe high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinateclinical care acrosseach shift.
• Support and deputisefor the NurseUnit Manager.
• Mentor coach andsupportnursing staff.
• Coordinate staffing andclinical resources.
• Drive quality improvementand Aged CareStandards compliance.
• Partner with residents families and themultidisciplinary team.

Skills & Experience

• Current AHPRA registrationas a RegisteredNurse.
• Demonstrated clinical leadershipin aged careor similar.
• Strong communicationandteam leadership skills.
• Knowledge of AgedCare Quality Standards.
• NDIS Worker ScreeningCheck or willingnessto obtain.

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2024 - 2028. The classification is Associate Nurse Unit Manager (YW11 YW12) which ranges from $60.94 - $62.99 per hour.
