AI Adoption Manager

• Manage a portfolio of free-trial customers from activation through conversion
• Deliver onboarding sessions check-ins demos and workflow walkthroughs
• Help customers understand practical AI use cases within areas such as EHS Quality and Compliance
• Monitor trial health and identify at-risk accounts.
• Share customer insights with Product and Commercial teams
• Partner with Sales on customer handover and commercial discussion
