About the Role
St Catherines School is seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Admissions Officer to join the Admissions department on a full-time ongoing basis. This position plays a pivotal role in driving daily operational efficiency maintaining streamlined administrative workflows and ensuring procedural accuracy across core enrolment processes.
Reporting to the Admissions Manager the Admissions Officer will support process excellence and continuous improvement while delivering a seamless responsive experience for prospective families and the broader St Catherines community. The role supports the smooth operation of the Schools admissions processes and upholds the high standards expected within the School community.
To be successful in this opportunity you will require:
- High-level administrative skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in a similar administrative role.
- Experience working in a school environment is highly desirable.
- Strong ICT skills including high level skills in Microsoft Office Suite MS Query and CRM system such as Synergetic and Funnel
- Excellent presentation and strong communication skills; written and verbal.
- Ability to think and work autonomously and in a team context.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment whilst providing a high level of customer service to key stakeholders.
- Willingness to uphold the school values at all times.
