Do you thrive on pace problem-solving and the realities of transport and logistics In this role you will provide essential administrative support for day-to-day activities focusing heavily on data entry manifesting general administration tasks and debriefing.

What Youll Do:

  • Allocate daily operational duties and resources

  • Prepare manifests and transport documentation

  • Coordinate with key customers and manage urgent service escalations

  • Conduct driver debriefs and review daily paperwork for accuracy and compliance

  • Manage freight bookings delivery schedules and customer requests

  • Provide operational support and work closely with depot staff to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Assist the Administration Team and Depot Manager with daily administrative tasks and reporting requirements

  • Maintain effective communication across operations to support service performance and customer satisfaction

  • Assist with load planning and operational support

  • Ensure all transport documents are accurately completed filed and used in line with relevant transport industry regulatory standards

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience in transport administration or operations support ideally within transport warehousing and logistics

  • Polished communication an exceptional service mindset and natural relationship-building skills

  • Strong MS Office and systems confidence

  • Ability to prioritise high volumes of work and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive attitude with the willingness to learn

  • Superior planning and organisational skills with excellent time management
