Wereseekingdedicated and reliable Administrator to join our team supporting the Australian Defence Force through our ESS business. This role plays a key part in ensuring administrative financial and operational processes run smoothly while working closely with site management teams.
Role Location:
Lavarack Barracks
Your responsibilities will include:
Perform general office and administrative duties to support site operations.
Oversee work order administration including coordinating with stakeholders on service or delivery requirements.
Provide administrative support to leadership for daily operations.
Manage invoicing receipting and goods receiving ensuring accuracy and compliance
Maintain and update data in scheduling and tracking systems ensuring all billable items are accurately recorded and reported
Assist with inventory counts and stock management as required.
Collect review and record compliance and safety documentation
Undertake other ad hoc duties as required.
What were looking for:
Previous experience in administration preferably in a site-based or operational environment
Strong attention to detail particularly with financial and reporting tasks.
Well-organised reliable and able to manage routine tasks independently.
High standard of accuracy in data entry and attention to detail.
A team player with a professional and friendly attitude with the ability to relateto a diverse range of people fromfront line staff to senior management.
Ability to obtain andmaintaina National Police Check and Defence clearance.
Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position.
