- Salary relative to experience and ranges from $87K pa to $95K pa (Clerk Grade 3/4) employers contribution to super.
- Provide high-quality administrative and business support to help teams achieve theirobjectives.
- Coordinate meetings events travelaccommodation anddocumentation.
- Prepare correspondencereports minutes andother business documents.
- Support financial andpurchasingprocesses human resource administration while adhering to government recruitment principles and processes.
- Maintain recordsdatabases andoffice systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service to staffvisitors andstakeholders.
- Assistduring operational incidents including emergency response activities whenrequired.
Werelooking for peoplewho have:
- Proven administration and business support experience providing reliable support across office recordscorrespondence shared mailbox management and team coordination tasks.
- Strong organisation and time management skills managing multiple priorities deadlines meetingstravel and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills preparing clear correspondence coordinating withothersand engaging confidently with staffvisitors and stakeholders.
- A customer service approach delivering helpfulprofessional and responsive support to internal and external customers.
- Strong attention to detailmaintainingaccuraterecords reportsdatabases and business systems.
- Financial management skills understand financial and budgeting principles system reporting and analysis.
- Technology and systemsskills confidentlyusing Microsoft 365 recordsmanagementand financial administration systems.
- People management skills engaging motivating and developing team members to build capability and support their potential.
- A positive attitude willingness to learn and flexibility- to support a diverse range of business and operational activities while maintaining integrity and confidentiality.
