Oakhill College is an Independent Catholic Secondary School in the Lasallian tradition located in Castle Hill NSW. The role

The Administration Assistant Curriculum plays a key role in supporting the effective operation of the Curriculum team through the provision of administrative scheduling data management and coordination services.

  • Provide administrative support to Curriculum leaders and staff.
  • Assist with scheduling communication and coordination of curriculum activities.
  • Manage and triage Curriculum email enquiries and correspondence.
  • Maintain student records and support data management processes.
  • Assist with the preparation distribution and verification of academic reports.
  • Support examination administration including room allocations student communications and assessment logistics.
  • Coordinate administrative aspects of curriculum-related events.
  • Support external program administration including School of Languages TAFE and VET enrolments.
  • Provide assistance to other administration team members during peak periods and staff absences.
