Administration Officer

Join Healthcare Australia (HCA) as a Part-Time Administration Officer supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our health service at Villawood Immigration Detention Centre.

Reporting to the Health Services Manager youll play an important role in providing administrative support and coordinating essential health service activities.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time 2 days per week (0.4 FTE)

• Salary: $70000-$72000 base salary (pro rata based on FTE)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments bookings and health-related scheduling.

• Manage enquiries and maintain accurate records.

• Liaise with internal and external health providers.

• Support staff travel accommodation and administration.

• Assist with reporting data entry and general office support.

Youll bring strong organisational and communication skills excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Previous administration or office support experience is highly regarded along with confidence using Microsoft Office and electronic record systems.
