This is a permanent full time for an experiencedAdministrationOfficertojoin our Regional Assets teambased inMaryborough.

In this key role you will provide high level administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the team. You will play a vital part in facilitating the teams success through your organizational expertise and attention to detail.

Were looking for a flexible and self motivated individual who thrives both independently and in a team environment. Your ability to engage stakeholders and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting will be essential to your success.

Whilst you will be a part of a supportive broader administration team you will be the sole administrative support person based at our Maryborough Depot. While working independently on a day to day basis you will collaborate closely with team members located across multiple sites. Occasional travel to other locations will be required to support team activities training and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providea broad range of administrative support services including document preparation data entry presentation formatting spreadsheet creation and calendar/diary management.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings conferences and events including venue bookings attendee arrangements agenda preparation minute taking and travel/accommodation coordination.
  • Manage divisional functions such as SAP data entry for payroll and finance invoice processing and petty cash handling.
  • Liaise effectively with internal staff management suppliers and external customers to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Strong experience in delivering administrative support services particularly in payrollpurchasing and financial systems.
  • Well developed organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications and SAP or similar enterprise systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Must hold a valid open QLD current drivers licence.
