Cleary Bros are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day business operations based at Albion Park NSW.
This role is responsible for providing administrative support across multiple functions including bank reconciliations accounts purchasing asset maintenance administration. The ideal candidate will be proactive efficient and capable of managing competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process customer credit applications
Conduct basic credit checks and gather required documentation
Maintain up-to-date customer credit files
Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders regarding credit queries
Monitor and manage outstanding customer accounts
Follow up overdue invoices via phone and email in a professional manner
Perform daily/weekly/monthly bank reconciliations
Assist with the preparation of credit notes
Provide general administrative support for MEX including the review and processing of work orders.
Preparing and processing workshop invoices in D365
Coordinate and process purchasing requirements for company-wide purchases
Raise and track purchase orders
Ensure all purchases are accurately recorded and authorised
Maintain accurate financial records and support the accounts team
Knowledge and experience required:
Ability to communicate with external and internal customers and stakeholders.
Be very organised have great interpersonal oral and written communication skills.
Experience in administration operations
Demonstrate ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision
Advanced computer skills along with well-developed organisation skills
Knowledge of Mex Asset Maintenance system and D365 preferred.
