Job Summary

The Associate Director Commercial Collections role is an outstanding opportunity to lead a dynamic team of 14 Onshore team members in Australia. You will manage and improve a robust credit management matrix to ensure cash collections are maximized and credit risk is mitigated. This role is pivotal in driving dispute resolution through a consistent framework ensuring debt is not adversely impacted.

What Youll Do Your day to day will consist of

  • Provide strong leadership to both direct and indirect people to build a culture of high performance for the team responsible for the OWS & Enterprise portfolios.
  • Ensure all financial metrics as agreed with Director Collections & Recoveries for all portfolios under management are met.
  • Manage and improve a robust credit management matrix that ensures cash collections are maximized and credit risk is mitigated.
  • Build strong business relationships across a diverse group of parties both internally and externally.
