Job Summary
About the opportunityReporting to the Enterprise DVP the Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for driving new business growth by selling Dayforce HCM solutions to mid-to-large complex organisations within an assigned industry a SaaS HR specialist and a key member of the ANZ sales team you will do more than sell technologyyou will partner with customers to help them lead their workforce transformation journeys. Leveraging Dayforces deep industry expertise and proven experience supporting similar organisations across multiple verticals you will design and deliver solutions that enable greater agility data-driven decision-making and a strong return on role is primarily focused on new business acquisition and building long-term value for customers through strategic consultative youll get to doGenerate RevenueAttains sales quota by creating and executing a business plan to exceed revenue goals and expandDayforces valueDevelops mutually beneficial relationships with C suite and other key decision makers and influencers in assigned accountsLeverages knowledge of the respective territory accounts business and industry well as Dayforce Regional payroll and HCM offerings and capabilities to establish value and create new opportunitiesEstablishes and executes sales strategies that effectively present a solid business case to prospects using competitive intelligence to best leverage DayforceLeads sales engagement and involves resources as needed to address prospects needs and business problem(s)Conducts negotiations on behalf of Dayforce to secure sales that represent good business within current sales framework authorities and practices Maintain accurate and timely customer pipeline and forecast dataCaptures all relevant information in CRM systemFollows all defined processes and timelinesKeeps current on Dayforce processes and any relevant changes Maintain technical knowledgeCompletes HCM Certifications and maintains product proficiency in order to effectively explain the value of regional Payroll and HCM solutions and how they differ from competitorsEffectively communicates how Dayforce applications solve business problems Skills and experience we valuePrior successful sales/business development experience in HR or ERP or Solution sector in AustraliaProven selling (mainly in solution selling) influencing persuasion and negotiation skillsA team player with the ability to work independently while being managed remotelyStrong client focus and outstanding capacity to work well with multiple prospectsNegotiation skillsExcellent communication skills used in clear concise languageWhat would make you really stand outRelationship building at all levels of a client Executive to juniorAbility to understand the business value of an opportunity and sell on valueResilient persistent reliable and creativeExcellent Judgement Critical thinking and Decision MakingExcellent Time Management skillsCulturally aware and demonstrates#LI-Hybird
