Are you compassionate and people-focused with a passion for creating a safe and welcoming home away from home for guests accessing medical care

As an Accommodation Worker youll support guests travelling from rural and remote

communities to access medical treatment. Youll play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the service assisting with guest bookings check-ins and check-outs accommodation administration and practical support across the facility.

Working across a rotating roster that includes night shifts and sleepovers youll help ensure guests have a positive and comfortable experience while staying away from home.

Youll be a great fit if you:

  • have experience in accommodation hospitality customer service administration or a similar role
  • have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • are organised and have strong attention to detail
  • can work independently and as part of a team
  • have a respectful and inclusive approach to working with people from diverse backgrounds
  • can remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • are available to work a rotating roster including night shifts sleepovers weekends and public holidays
  • hold a current drivers licence First Aid and CPR Certificate and Food Safety Certificate or are willing to obtain them

Desirable:

  • Experience using booking or reservation systems
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Food Safety Certificate
