3 Test Analysts

The Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) is seeking experienced Functional Automation Test Analysts to join its Testing Practice and support the delivery of the myAMSA digital transformation program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning designing executing automating and maintaining testing activities across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions including Power Pages Power Apps Dataverse and integrated enterprise services. The role requires a balance of manual and automated testing skills with a strong focus on implementing automated regression testing within Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

Candidates must be able to quickly understand business processes adapt to changing priorities and contribute effectively within multidisciplinary Agile delivery teams.

• Analyse business requirements functional specifications and user stories.
  
• Develop comprehensive test scenarios test cases and test scripts.
  
• Execute functional system integration regression and user acceptance testing.
  
• Validate end-to-end business processes across multiple applications and environments.
  
• Identify document prioritise and manage defects through resolution.

• Monitor automated test execution results and resolve failures.
  
• Support quality gates and release readiness assessments.
  

• Maintain test plans test scripts traceability matrices and test evidence.
  
• Produce testing status reports and quality metrics.
  
• Support defect triage and root cause analysis.
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement of AMSA testing practices.
