Internal Control Manager

This role is responsible for providing independent assurance on the adequacy and effectiveness of controls across the branch network and corporate functions through the execution of control assurance assessments proactive identification and evaluation of operational and compliance risks and continuous monitoring of control effectiveness. The incumbent will maintain robust reporting on key control performance indicators exceptions trends and operational risk incidents while also driving awareness coaching and implementation of the control framework to ensure a strong risk and control culture and that controls are maintained at acceptable levels across the organization.

Field of Study: Risk Management Audit or a related field

Operations Control
3 years
Work experience in a Control/Audit environment
3 years of supervisory or managerial experience

Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of the Banks policies procedures and practices.
• Understanding of the Banks branch operational processes and its relationship to the business.
• Working knowledge of branch controls in the banking environment.
• Working knowledge of the Banks operating systems processes and controls.
