F&B Manager (Acting Assistant General Manager) Tanzania Luxury Safari Camp

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic F&B Manager to join a high-end luxury safari camp in Tanzania. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new property opening with the successful candidate also acting as Assistant General Manager during the General Managers leave periods.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced expatriate hospitality professional with a strong F&B background excellent leadership skills and the ability to oversee wider lodge operations when required.

• Strong F&B management experience within a luxury high-end hospitality environment
  
• Previous experience in a senior lodge or hotel management position
  
• Ability to confidently step into an Assistant General Manager capacity when required
  
• Strong leadership operational and guest-relations skills
  
• Experience working in a luxury safari or remote hospitality environment would be highly advantageous
  
• Expatriate candidate preferred
  
• Must be comfortable working in a new property opening environment
  
• Couples may be considered where both candidates are exceptionally strong although there is currently no additional vacancy available
  

Package:

• USD 2500 net per month negotiable depending on experience
  
• Maximum package of approximately USD 3000 for an exceptional candidate
  
• Live-in accommodation
  
• Meals provided
  
• Medical cover

• One annual flight home
  
• 3 months on / 1 month off rotation negotiable
  
• Luxury safari camp with 18 suites
