Setteam is owned by Michal Ben Shabo and Sharon Tamari. We help organizations, managers and candidates in growth and change processes; Construction and transportation of projects in the field of recruitment and human resources; Professional guidance to candidates in career development, as well as workshops in career and retirement. Michal and Sharon have more than 15 years' experience in human resource management and recruitment in high-tech and industry. They are Graduates in human resources and group facilitation studies. Michal has experience in recruitment, training, welfare, employee retention, salary, organizational development, marketing and all aspects of human resources and operations. She holds a BA in Behavioral Management and Economics from Ben Gurion University,and a Master of Science Management, from Polytechnic University of New York. Sharon has experience in Human Resource Management and Recruitment Management in high-tech. She is also successful in the development of managers and candidates in their search for work, guidance of groups and workshops in the field of career. She holds a Master's Degree in organizational consulting from Bar-Ilan University, and a BA in Social Sciences and a Group Facilitation Course from Bar-Ilan University.
