We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Talent Hunter in Saudi Arabia. Our client is seeking skilled motivated professionals who can identify attract and engage suitable talent for organizational requirements. • Source suitable candidates through job portals professional networks databases referrals and other recruitment channels.
  
• Identify prospective candidates based on job requirements and candidate profiles.
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments against role requirements.
  
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
  
• Engage prospective candidates and communicate relevant job opportunities effectively.
  
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment progress.
  
• Support interview coordination and follow up with shortlisted candidates throughout the recruitment process.

2. Candidate Screening Ability to evaluate profiles against role-specific requirements.
