Sr. Planning Engineer

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 including WBS milestones baseline schedules and critical path analysis.
• Coordinate schedules with Engineering Procurement Construction Installation and Commissioning teams.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Prepare progress reports dashboards S-curves histograms earned value analysis and look-ahead schedules.
• Identify schedule risks delays and slippages and recommend mitigation recovery and acceleration plans.
• Review subcontractor schedules and monitor performance against approved programmes.
• Analyze delays and disruptions and support Extension of Time (EOT) and delay analysis requirements.
• Support tender planning by preparing bid schedules and resource-loaded programmes.
• Present schedule performance risks and corrective actions during project review meetings.
• Mentor Planning Engineers and Coordinators and review their planning deliverables for accuracy and quality.
• Promote consistent planning standards reporting methods and continuous improvement across projects.

• Bachelors degree in civil Mechanical Electrical Construction Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10 years of experience in planning and project controls preferably in large-scale infrastructure EPC airport BHS or MHS projects.
• Advanced expertise in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Microsoft Project and Power BI is preferred.
• Strong experience in baseline scheduling resource planning critical path analysis delay analysis EOT preparation and schedule optimization.
• Experience preparing management reports dashboards S-curves histograms and project presentations.
• Strong leadership analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to mentor junior planning team members and work effectively in multicultural multidisciplinary environments.
