ملخص الوظيفة

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Expert with 5-7 years of overall experience including 4 years focused on infrastructure and IT Operations Management. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain ServiceNow instances ensuring optimal performance availability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage ServiceNow instances MID Servers integrations and platform upgrades
Perform cloning backups system health checks and performance tuning
Ensure platform access control security and compliance
Support and configure ITOM modules including Discovery and Orchestration
Troubleshoot issues and optimize ITOM workflows across infrastructure environments

Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Discovery / ITOM Implementation Specialist certification
Strong understanding of infrastructure integrations and ITOM best practices.
