Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational and problem-solving expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Youll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales and Business Development team to achieve growth and implement strategic initiatives. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (such as Commercial Operations Customer Directors and Administrative Support) ensure smooth communication across functions and manage essential tools and platforms to drive operational specifically take care of coordinating commercial activities and maintaining customer procurement tools but also provide administrative support to the sales team and manage internal look to you for:Ensuring effective coordination of day-to-day commercial operationsProviding operational support across all commercial functionsSupporting the preparation of commercial proposals by organizing essential documentation and inputsMaintaining and updating customer procurement tools (SAP Ariba GEP etc.)Owning and managing the Commercial SharePoint and other internal toolsProviding administrative support to the sales team including managing purchase orders invoicing and order trackingArranging business travel and processing expense claims through corporate systemsAssisting the Customer Director by organizing and maintaining key business information and reports

Instead weve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:Graduate degree in Engineering or Business field (Bachelors degree preferred)At least 5 years of experience in the rail or related business or project engineering industryFluency in English and Saudi citizenshipPrevious experience in sales administration ideally in an industrial environmentStrong understanding of SAP Ariba tools SharePoint and MS Office toolsGood numeric and analytical abilitiesExcellent planning and organizational skillsStrong ability to convince influence and persuadeAdaptability to a demanding and changing environmentInternational mindset with sensitivity to global and local cultural factors.
