JOB DESCRIPTION

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer (Plumbing & Firefighting) in the GCC Region. Our client is a reputed organization in the Construction and MEP Infrastructure sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze consultant designs and identify value engineering opportunities.

Lead estimation costing and tender preparation for large MEP projects.

Negotiate technical and commercial terms with suppliers and subcontractors.

Prepare RFIs technical submittals material approvals and method statements.

Manage variation orders claims and contractual correspondence.

Supervise BIM coordination and clash detection activities.

Ensure compliance with NFPA IPC UPC KFF and GCC authority regulations.

Coordinate regulatory approvals and project technical governance.

Required Skills:

Value Engineering Cost optimization and alternative design solutions.

Plumbing & Firefighting Design Infrastructure and commercial projects.

Tendering & Estimation Multi-million-dollar project bidding.

Revit MEP Advanced BIM modeling and analysis.

Navisworks Manage Clash detection and interdisciplinary coordination.

Preferred Skills:

KFF Grade I Licensed Engineer status.

GCC authority approval experience.

Primavera P6 or MS Project exposure.

Work Experience Requirements:

Candidates must possess 710 years of experience in MEP infrastructure or commercial contracting environments. Strong exposure to GCC markets tendering value engineering and authority approvals is mandatory.

Education:

Minimum: B.E./. Mechanical Engineering

Preferred: Professional Engineering Registration (KSE/SCE)

Additional: KFF Grade I License or equivalent Civil Defense Accreditation

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of construction materials MEP systems and fit-out specifications. Understanding of project execution strategies and procurement planning. Proficiency in ERP software for procurement tracking and reporting. Hands-on experience in managing LPO cycles (Open & Closed LPOs). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word Excel). Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
