Senior IT Project Manager

Lead IT projects throughout the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning to implementation and closure.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans timelines milestones budgets and resource requirements.

Define project scope objectives deliverables and success criteria in alignment with business requirements.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including software development infrastructure cybersecurity cloud data and business stakeholders.

Manage project risks issues dependencies and change requests ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.

Monitor project progress against approved plans budgets and KPIs.

Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed quality security compliance and governance standards.

Prepare and present regular project status reports dashboards and executive updates.

Manage communication with internal stakeholders clients vendors and third-party technology partners.

Facilitate project meetings steering committees workshops and progress reviews.

Manage project documentation including project charters requirements schedules RAID logs status reports and closure documents.

Identify opportunities to improve project delivery methodologies processes and governance.

Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization throughout the project lifecycle.

Support procurement and vendor management activities related to IT projects.

Ensure proper handover of completed projects to operational and support teams.

Apply appropriate project management methodologies including Agile Scrum Waterfall or hybrid approaches depending on project requirements.

Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Engineering Business Administration or a related field.

5 years of experience in IT project management or technology delivery.

Proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks.

Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.

Strong understanding of software development and IT infrastructure environments.

Experience with project planning budgeting risk management resource management and reporting.

Strong stakeholder and client management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Jira Microsoft Project Azure DevOps or similar platforms.

PMP PRINCE2 PMI-ACP Scrum Master or other relevant certification.

Experience in digital transformation government enterprise or large-scale technology projects.

Experience with cloud cybersecurity data/AI ERP CRM or enterprise applications.
