ملخص الوظيفة
Lead the development of residential projects from planning and design through approvals construction monitoring and handover.
Act as the main point of contact between the company and major master developers particularly NHC.
Manage direct coordination with NHC and ensure compliance with their development processes and requirements.
Review designs floor plans and product concepts to ensure alignment with project objectives and market requirements.
Develop and maintain business plans financial models budgets timelines and project feasibility.
Coordinate with internal teams consultants contractors and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress risks budget and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
Support the Design team and ensure the project vision and development strategy are achieved.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on product mix pricing and sales strategy.
Lead stakeholder communication and provide clear project updates recommendations and presentations to management.
- Architecture background is preferred; Engineering or other relevant educational backgrounds may also be considered.
- Relevant experience in Real Estate Development typically 615 years with focus on the quality and relevance of the candidates experience.
- Previous experience working on NHC projects is a must.
- Direct experience coordinating with the NHC Development Team and acting as the main Point of Contact between the Real Estate Developer and NHC is required.
- Experience in residential real estate development projects.
- Experience specifically within the Development function. Candidates whose experience is primarily in Construction Management Project Management Design Management Consulting or Contracting are not suitable.
- Strong exposure to the real estate development sector with a focus on residential real estate projects particularly Villas and Apartments.
- Strong English communication skills and good Arabic understanding are required.
Required Skills:
Bachelors masters degree in finance Accounting Economics or a related field is required. 1015 years of relevant finance experience preferably in real estate or investment companies. Strong experience in accounting budgeting financial reporting and financial analysis. Knowledge of Saudi accounting regulations and corporate finance practices.
