Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our showroom team. The role is responsible for assisting customers understanding their needs recommending suitable products and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture and products.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Provide accurate information about product features prices and promotions.
Follow up with customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare quotations and process sales orders accurately.
