KBR is looking for ROTATING TECHNICIAN II who Maintains Rotating equipments in good condition. Carryout installation Maintenance and Repair of Rotating equipments and Mechanical systems to required standards.

Responsibilities:

• Allocate maintenance activities to various Technicians and assemble the team.

• Supervise all ongoing jobs and update the progress to Foreman.

• Organize manpower resources equipments and materials availability.

• Arrange necessary work permits before starting of work.

• Provide technical advice to Technicians to use proper tools and equipments.

• Co-ordinate with Operations Maintenance Planning and Technical departments to execute and complete the job.

• Ensure that SAP data input history and actual hours are maintained.

• Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.

• Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.

• Ensure the compliance of safe work practices hazardous work regulations and PPE usage according to SATORP standards.

• Encourage reporting of Near miss unsafe conditions and acts.

• Participates in Safety audits.

• Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4-6 years experience in Oil & Gas maintenance Diploma/Bachelors.

• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities

• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills

• Proven leadership skills with large organizations

• Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems

• Strategic management skills

• An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
