We are looking for enthusiastic passionate and ambitious Rooms Intern to join our team at SLS The Red Sea where bold personalities playful luxury and extraordinary experiences come together.

Working alongside our talented Rooms team youll gain valuable exposure to resort operations develop your guest service skills and learn what it takes to deliver exceptional experiences in one of Saudi Arabias most exciting luxury destinations.

What Youll Be Doing

• Welcome guests with warmth confidence and the signature SLS personality creating memorable first and last impressions.
• Gain hands-on experience across Front Office Guest Relations and other Rooms operations depending on departmental requirements.
• Support daily operations including guest check-ins check-outs enquiries and special requests.
• Learn and embrace SLS brand standards while bringing your own personality and creativity to every interaction.
• Develop an understanding of guest preferences resort facilities and personalised luxury service.
• Assist the team in delivering seamless guest experiences and creating extraordinary moments.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
• Maintain high standards of grooming professionalism and attention to detail.
• Actively participate in training development and learning opportunities throughout your internship.

Qualifications :

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management Hotel Management Tourism or a related field.
• A genuine passion for hospitality guest relations & creating exceptional guest experiences.
• A positive attitude natural curiosity & willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic would be an asset.
• A personality that reflects the bold playful and extraordinary spirit of SLS.
• A team player who thrives in a dynamic multicultural environment.
• Good organisational skills attention to detail & a commitment to excellent service.
• Flexibility to work across different shifts in line with hotel operations.
• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.
