Risk Management Manager Metro PMCM

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Risk Management Manager to join our PMCM team in Riyadh Saudi this role you will be responsible for identifying assessing and mitigating risks across our metro and construction projects. You will work collaboratively with project teams to develop comprehensive risk management strategies ensure organizational compliance with risk protocols and provide strategic guidance to stakeholders. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities decisive decision-making skills and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of risk governance.

• Identify assess and analyze project risks using established risk management frameworks and methodologies
• Develop and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans to minimize project impact
• Monitor track and report on risk indicators and key performance metrics throughout project lifecycles
• Maintain and update comprehensive risk registers and risk databases for all active projects
• Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews to ensure ongoing compliance with organizational standards
• Prepare detailed risk reports and documentation for project stakeholders and senior management
• Collaborate with project managers engineers and cross-functional teams to integrate risk management into project planning
• Provide expert guidance and training to project teams on risk management best practices
• Identify emerging risks and recommend proactive mitigation strategies
• Ensure adherence to risk management policies procedures and regulatory requirements

Qualifications :

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in risk management preferably in construction infrastructure or metro projects
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks such as ISO 31000 and PMBOK
• Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment analysis and quantification methodologies
• Proficiency with risk management software platforms and tools
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience managing risk across large-scale complex projects
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience with metro transportation or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) certification
• Experience with enterprise risk management systems
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian construction regulations and standards
