Restaurant General Manager

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant General Manager to join our team and lead our restaurant operations to excellence.

• Oversee and manage all daily restaurant operations.
• Lead motivate and develop the restaurant team.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and high service standards.
• Monitor sales costs inventory and overall restaurant profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene and company standards.
• Recruit train and retain high-performing team members.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues professionally.

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial performance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong team-building and people-management capabilities.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
