Summary: The Sales Interior Designer plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences by blending creative design expertise with sales acumen. This position involves guiding clients from initial concept discussions through to final project installation ensuring every space is both aesthetically inspiring and functionally optimized. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator and problem-solver capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining high standards of design and customer service. This role is essential to driving client satisfaction project success and business growth within residential commercial office retail and hospitality sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their style needs and project objectives
- Develop creative and practical interior design concepts and space planning solutions
- Prepare detailed layouts mood boards presentations and 3D visualizations
- Guide clients in selecting colours lighting furniture materials and décor
- Design custom furniture and tailored interior solutions
- Prepare accurate quotations project costing and comprehensive design proposals
- Coordinate with suppliers contractors and installation teams for seamless execution
- Conduct site visits and oversee project implementation from start to finish
- Manage full project lifecycle from concept to completion
- Foster long-term client relationships through outstanding service and follow-up
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Interior Design or interior fit-out projects
- Proven expertise in residential and commercial interior design
- Strong creative vision with attention to detail and spatial planning
- Confident in client interactions and presenting design concepts
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
- In-depth knowledge of materials lighting finishes furniture and colour theory
Software Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp 3D Max Adobe Illustrator Photoshop
- Experience with other interior design and rendering software
Added Advantage:
- Prior experience working on GCC-based interior projects
- Familiarity with luxury interior design trends and high-end finishes
- Background in office fit-outs villas retail spaces or hospitality design
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality 3D visual presentations and renderings
Required Skills:
Bachelors in Accounting / Finance 25 years UAE experience preferred IFRS VAT & Corporate Tax knowledge ERP & Excel proficiency Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
