Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Finance or a related field; MBA preferred.
25 years of progressive management experience in a corporate or enterprise environment.
Proven track record in leading teams managing complex projects and delivering results under pressure.
Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills with data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal abilities with senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools ERP systems and business intelligence platforms.
Experience in strategic planning operational optimization and process improvement methodologies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-pressure environment with minimal supervision.
