Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (Monthly Quarterly & Annual)
- Manage working capital to maximize ROCE
- Support management in operational and strategic control
- Assist in organizational growth planning and execution
- Collaborate with MD/CEO on strategic vision and stakeholder relations
- Ensure strong internal controls and audit compliance
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years experience in Financial Control / Managerial role
- Strong expertise in:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Bank Facilities & Hedging Transactions
- ERP Systems
- Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Qualification: MBA / / Finance / Accounting
Required Skills:
Qualification: MBA/PGDM from reputed B-school. Experience: 20 years in corporate sales institutional leasing or real estate investment. Requirements: Proven success in closing large deals and strong industry networks. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
