- Lead and oversee corporate cash management and capital allocation strategies
- Develop and maintain long-term financial projections and capital planning models
- Evaluate investment opportunities and M&A transactions with a focus on financial viability and strategic alignment
- Provide actionable financial insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are integrated into business planning
Requirements
8 years in corporate finance including 3 years in a managerial role
Strong cash management & capital management experience
Proven ability to drive long-term capital planning & financial projections
Solid knowledge of M&A transactions and investment evaluation
CFA certification is preferred
