This role will oversee financial strategy governance budgeting and performance management while supporting business expansion and operational excellence.

Develop and execute financial strategies that support business expansion and operational efficiency
Lead annual budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes
Monitor financial performance and deliver actionable insights to executive leadership
Ensure robust financial governance compliance and risk management practices
Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and improve profitability
Provide strategic financial analysis to support key business decisions and initiatives
Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and performance management systems

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience within food or FMCG manufacturing with a proven track record in driving profitability optimizing costs and partnering with executive teams to deliver sustainable growth.

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; CPA or CFA preferred
3 years of progressive financial leadership experience in food or FMCG manufacturing
Proven track record in driving profitability cost optimization and financial performance
Strong expertise in budgeting forecasting financial modeling and performance reporting
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with executive teams and influence strategic outcomes
Advanced proficiency in financial systems and data analytics tools
Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills
Experience supporting business growth initiatives and operational transformation projects
