ملخص الوظيفة
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Accounting Standards (IAS).
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all accounting records and General Ledger entries.
- Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with both internal and external auditors.
- Develop annual budgets forecasts and perform variance analysis to support business planning.
- Prepare management reports and financial analyses to help drive business performance and decision-making.
- Monitor profitability cash flow income and expenses across the business.
- Review bank reconciliations financial reports tax reports and accounting documentation.
- Oversee payment approvals and maintain strong financial controls.
- Coordinate with banks suppliers customers and regulatory authorities on financial matters.
- Support the Group CFO with banking activities and local and international investment-related transactions.
- Lead mentor and provide guidance to the accounting team while promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies financial regulations and statutory requirements.
Requirements
- MBA in Finance Financial Accounting Management Commerce or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing or supervising finance and accounting functions.
- Previous experience in the financial services sector or similar industries is highly preferred.
- Professional certifications such as SOCPA CPA ACCA CMA or CA will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting budgeting auditing taxation cash flow management and internal controls.
- Hands-on experience with ERP and SAP accounting systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail integrity and a commitment to maintaining financial accuracy and confidentiality.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java C or Python Experience with software development tools and methodologies Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and teamwork abilities
