ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor - Civil to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organisation you will play a crucial role in managing costs for civil engineering projects ensuring they are completed within budget and to the highest standards.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projects
- Analyse costs value and risks associated with tenders and contracts
- Produce bills of quantities and other tender documents
- Advise on procurement strategy and contractual matters
- Monitor and report on project costs and budgets throughout the construction process
- Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts
- Negotiate and agree on interim and final accounts with clients and contractors
- Analyse completed projects to improve future cost planning
- Liaise with clients contractors and other professionals in the construction industry
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering quantity surveying
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g. CostX Causeway)
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- In-depth knowledge of construction contracts and procurement methods
- Experience in cost estimation cost control and contract administration
- Thorough understanding of civil engineering projects and construction processes
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
