Job Description
We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Purchase Executive in Saudi Arabia. Our client is a reputed organization in the Automotive sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities for automotive parts and materials.
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality pricing and delivery.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with vendors.
- Prepare and process purchase orders accurately.
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for material availability.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain procurement records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies.
Required Skills
- Procurement & Purchasing Manage end-to-end purchasing activities.
- Vendor Management Develop and maintain supplier relationships.
- Negotiation Secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Automotive Industry Knowledge Understand automotive components and procurement processes.
- Inventory Planning Ensure uninterrupted material availability.

Work Experience Requirements
Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the Automotive Industry with hands-on procurement responsibilities. Experience in supplier negotiation purchasing processes and inventory coordination is essential.
Education
- Minimum: Bachelors Degree (Typical)
- Preferred: MBA / Supply Chain Management (Typical)
- Additional Certifications: Procurement or Supply Chain Certification (Typical)
Required Skills:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet company objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges. Engage with customers through various channels (e.g. social media direct mail face-to-face) to promote products and services. Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness. Prepare detailed reports on sales performance marketing outcomes and new business prospects. Collaborate with other teams (e.g. product development customer service) to enhance business growth and customer satisfaction.
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
