Position : Purchase Executive
Qualification : Graduate
Experience : Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Gold & Diamond Purchasing
Salary : SAR 3000
Location: Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities
• Handle day-to-day purchasing of gold diamonds and jewellery-related materials.
• Source and evaluate reliable suppliers.
• Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
• Negotiate best possible prices and commercial terms.
• Monitor gold and diamond market prices before purchasing.
• Coordinate with suppliers from quotation stage until final delivery.
• Ensure purchases are made according to approved requirements and company procedures.
• Maintain proper purchase records and supplier information.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely purchasing and delivery.
• Support management in achieving cost savings and better purchasing terms.
