About the Role
Dezign Technic LLC is seeking an experienced bilingual Project Manager to lead and oversee project execution in Saudi Arabia. Representing our Dubai-based team you will serve as the primary point of contact on-ground managing end-to-end project lifecycles maintaining client relations and ensuring seamless delivery aligned with time scope and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution: Plan track and manage complex projects from inception to completion across sites in Saudi Arabia.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients sub-contractors suppliers and regulatory authorities in fluent Arabic and English.
Budget & Scope Control: Monitor budgets resource allocation and project timelines to prevent scope creep and ensure quality delivery.
On-Site Supervision: Oversee site activity conduct risk assessments and handle local vendor coordination.
Cross-Border Communication: Ensure clear continuous reporting and coordination between Saudi operations and the Dubai main office.
Requirements & Qualifications
Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
Experience: 5 years of proven project management experience preferably within design fit-out signage construction or related technical fields.
Regional Experience: In-depth understanding of local business practices compliance and site dynamics in Saudi Arabia.
Education & Credentials: Bachelors degree in Project Management Engineering Architecture or relevant field; PMP certification is preferred.
Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within Saudi Arabia and to the Dubai headquarters as needed.
