Project Manager (Real Estate)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager (Real Estate) to join a prominent organisation on a full-time basis in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of high-value real estate development projects from initial conception and feasibility studies through to final handover. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to significant landmark projects within a dynamic and rapidly expanding market. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

* Lead the planning and implementation of multiple real estate projects managing every stage of the development process.
* Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
* Develop and manage detailed project schedules work plans and financial budgets tracking progress and reporting on key performance indicators.
* Coordinate and manage all project stakeholders including architects engineers contractors and regulatory bodies.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimise project risks.
* Ensure all projects comply with local regulations industry standards and health and safety requirements.
* Oversee contract negotiations procurement and management of third-party vendors and suppliers.
* Provide regular and transparent project updates to the leadership team highlighting progress challenges and solutions.

Qualifications

* A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management Architecture or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within the real estate development or construction industry with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
* In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies processes and software tools.
* Experience working in the Middle East preferably in Saudi Arabia with a strong understanding of the local market and regulatory landscape is highly desirable.
* Professional certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent are highly advantageous.
* Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
* Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting cost control and financial reporting.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
