About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Agriculture to lead and manage agricultural projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large-scale farming operations crop production greenhouse management irrigation systems and agricultural infrastructure.

The successful candidate will oversee project planning resource management budgets and timelines while ensuring operational efficiency sustainability and compliance with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan execute and monitor agricultural projects ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Manage large-scale farming operations including crop production greenhouse projects irrigation systems and agricultural infrastructure.
• Develop project schedules budgets and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with farm managers agronomists engineers contractors suppliers and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations environmental standards and health & safety requirements.
• Manage procurement of agricultural equipment materials and services.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of irrigation systems greenhouses and other agricultural facilities.
• Analyze project performance prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity efficiency and sustainability across agricultural operations.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Agriculture Agricultural Engineering Agronomy Horticulture or a related field.
• 712 years of experience managing agricultural or farming projects.
• Proven experience in large-scale farming crop production greenhouse operations irrigation projects or agricultural development.
• Strong understanding of modern farming practices irrigation systems soil management and agricultural technologies.
• Experience managing project budgets schedules contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (MS Project Primavera or equivalent).
• Experience working in the GCC particularly Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
