The Project Controls Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the project controls processes and systems to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget schedule and scope. This role involves collaborating with project managers stakeholders and crossfunctional teams to develop and implement effective project controls strategies tools and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project control plans including cost management schedule management risk management and change control processes.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track project progress and performance.
- Prepare and analyze project reports including cost reports progress reports and earned value analysis.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to project managers and team members on project controls best practices and tools.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Implement and maintain project controls software and systems ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Train and mentor project controls staff on project controls methodologies and tools.
- Participate in project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Continuously improve project controls processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Project Management or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
- Minimum 57 years of experience in project controls preferably in the construction engineering or IT industries.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies tools and techniques.
- Proficient in project controls software and tools such as Primavera Microsoft Project and earned value management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project controls.
