Bachelors degree in Metallurgy Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
Min 4 years in steel manufacturing preferably in Electric Arc Furnace/ Ladle Furnace operations.
Knowledge of steelmaking processes (Electric Arc Furnace Ladle Furnace Continuous Casting Machine).
Microsoft Office; SAP preferred.
Support the efficient and safe operation of Melt Shop (EAF/LF) by monitoring processes analyzing performance data and recommending improvements to achieve production quality and cost objectives.
Provide technical support to production crews and ensure compliance with operating procedures.
Monitor EAF/LF processes for compliance with SOPs.
Analyze process data and identify performance gaps.
Recommend adjustments to improve yield reduce consumption and optimize productivity.
Support cost reduction initiatives.
Assist shift leaders in troubleshooting process deviations.
Ensure coordination with casting and rolling units.
Support Section Head in implementing best practices.
