PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Assist the POS PrEM (Project Engineering Manager) in his role of performing the POS engineering activities of a traction project for the following disciplines : high voltage medium voltage traction voltage low voltage.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Key accountabilities
Perform the high voltage / medium voltage / traction / low voltage basic engineering activities of a project or program:
Provide electrical architectures technical specifications functional specifications and interface specifications
Provide calculation notes
Ensure the technical validation of the suppliers equipment offers
Perform the high voltage / medium voltage / traction / low voltage detailed engineering activities of a project or program:
Follow-up and validation of the technical drawings from the equipment supplier
Provide the factory test procedures of the equipment
Participate at the factory acceptance tests of the equipment.
Assist the POS design Leader for coordination / interfaces with:
The POS engineering team (including automation and installation teams)
The others sub-systems of the project particularly: Systems civil works SCADA catenary return current EMC earthing & bonding etc...
The customer
The project management team
The suppliers the subcontractors and the partners.
Provide technical support to Field Operations (Installation and Test and Commissioning) teams with regards to design issues.
Participate (if requested) to the As-built documentation drawings modifications.
Participate to the REX (Return of Experience) of the project/program.
Performance measurements
On-time delivering: 100%
Respect of Design For Quality milestones: 100% Go On Time in accordance with the standards or rules of his Metier
Respect of performances of the system provided: 100%
MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES
Education : Graduate from Engineering school in electrical science
Experience : A minimum of 05 years of experience in electrical engineering (railway transportation)
Good knowledge of electrical installation (high voltage medium voltage and low voltage)
Skills : Autonomy motivated initiative and interested in technical topics
- Language : Fluent English Arabic/French is desirable.
