PORTFOLIO MANAGER CFA, TREASURY, SAMA, FX-HEDGED ASSETS

About the Role

Were seeking a Portfolio Manager to design the strategic and tactical asset allocation framework for the investment firm. This role requires genuine cross-market portfolio expertise local Saudi markets global markets and FX hedging and the seniority to build an allocation strategy that will anchor the organisations investment decisions going forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up the strategic asset allocation strategy including diversification approach and asset class definition establishing the long-term structural foundation of the portfolio
• Define the tactical asset allocation strategy determining weighting per asset class in response to prevailing market conditions and strategic objectives
• Bring integrated understanding across local Saudi markets global markets and FX hedging strategy to ensure allocation decisions are coherent across all exposures
• Advise on portfolio construction principles that balance risk return and liquidity requirements appropriate to an institutional investor
• Support ongoing portfolio review and rebalancing recommendations as strategic and tactical positioning evolves

Mandatory Skills and Experience

• 15 years of experience in portfolio management with demonstrated expertise across local global and FX-hedged asset allocation
• Proven track record designing strategic and tactical asset allocation frameworks at an institutional level
• Strong understanding of diversification strategy asset class definition and cross-market portfolio construction
• Comfortable operating independently as the senior technical authority on portfolio strategy
