PMO Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the PMO in coordinating project activities schedules and deliverables.
• Track project progress milestones risks and action items across multiple projects.
• Prepare project reports dashboards and management presentations.
• Maintain project documentation registers and PMO records.
• Coordinate meetings capture minutes and follow up on assigned actions.
• Ensure compliance with PMO processes governance and reporting requirements.
• Support resource planning project controls and performance tracking activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Project Management or related discipline.
• Experience in project coordination PMO or project administration is preferred.
• Strong organizational communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems is an advantage.
