PESO Activation Manager

Proven experience managing social content ecosystems including content planning UGC community engagement and issue escalation with a clear understanding of platform dynamics and audience behavior.

Ability to track analyze and optimize campaign performance (e.g. ROI engagement conversion) using data to refine activations improve effectiveness and inform future planning.

Ability to plan and execute multi-channel activations (including experiential sampling and digital) effectively collaborating with and influencing key stakeholders and partners to deliver high-quality impactful and locally relevant campaigns aligned with brand and regional priorities.

Experience leading in fast-paced complex and ambiguous environments demonstrating sound judgment and the confidence to challenge the status quo and drive change.

Demonstrates strong relational intelligence and ability to inspire diverse stakeholders influence without authority and hold others accountable to deliver aligned outcomes.
